The New Western Fusion menu of Indigo Grill is accented by Indian and Mexican spices that hail from South of the Border all the way to Alaska. The result is an exotic adventure for the senses wrapped in every bite. Executive Chef Deborah Scott, who once won two awards in cooking school for creating an original recipe using only a brown shopping bag of unrelated food items, emphasizes and guarantees excellence in creativity, composition, and presentation.
Indigo Grill décor parallels Deborah Scott’s culinary palate without overwhelming the dining experience. The warm tones and natural, primitive artistry evokes western influence, while the refined symmetry ensures a clear sense of style that echoes the menu’s focused direction.
The appetizers, or “Beginnings,” include the Mezcal Smoked Salmon Bruschetta, Smoked Duck Nachos, and Oven Roasted Mussels and Clams. Dinner entrees, which range in price from $18-32 and are listed on the menu as the “Sunset Offerings,” include a variety of exotic Southwestern and Native American-influenced selections such as Wild Mushroom Ravioli, Pecan-Crusted Rainbow Trout, and Woodstone Roasted Free Range Chicken.
